Gun Interactive and Sumo Nottingham have unveiled a fresh array of downloadable content (DLC) for The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, just in time for the Xbox Free Play Days for All event. This exciting update includes new Family skins, a second execution pack for Family players, weapon skins, and an enhancement for Leatherface variants.

Kicking off today, February 22nd, and running until late Sunday, February 25th, the Xbox Free Play Days for All event allows Xbox players to dive into The Texas Chain Saw Massacre without any subscription requirements. Additionally, during this period, the game will be offered at a 25% discount until March 4th. Alongside this promotion, Gun Interactive is hosting a store-wide sale on the game’s online shop, slashing prices by 50% throughout the event.

Among the highlights of the DLC release are new Family skins, featuring the free-to-download Shirtless Johnny and Bride Sissy, adding fresh customization options for players. Furthermore, a second execution pack for Family players and weapon skins are now available for purchase. Notably, players who own the Greg Nicotero-designed Leatherface skin can now equip its unique chainsaw across all Leatherface variants.

In addition to the DLC announcement, Gun Interactive has teased the arrival of a new Victim character to The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, voiced by horror icon Barbara Crampton and modeled after her likeness. While fans won’t get to experience this character during the Free Play Days event, Gun Interactive promises to reveal more details soon via their social channels.

For those eager to expand their gaming experience, Shirtless Johnny and Bride Sissy are free to download for all players, while the Execution Pack II is priced at $6.99 USD, and the new Weapon Skins are available for $4.99 USD. Moreover, gamers can take advantage of a 50% discount on all items at the official TCSM store until 11:59 PM EST on February 25th, 2024.

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is accessible on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, and the Microsoft Store, and is also included in the Game Pass library for Xbox and PC users.
