Competitive Party Platformer DepowerBall Arrives on Steam
Developer Mega Power Games has announced that its brand-new title DepowerBall has arrived on PC via Steam and players can now jump into the game to feed the beast. DepowerBall is a competitive party platforming game where players must fight to feed the dragon and score points to win the game. As one player wins the rounds, the other players will level out the field by taking away your powers and forcing you to adapt to a new strategy in the next round. DepowerBall is all about depowering your rivals as you feed the mighty Dragon Queen and secure your victory in three intense rounds. The game combines fast-paced action, strategic decision-making, and unpredictable twists that you will need to adapt on the fly to come out on top. Every match starts with all players having the same number of powers to try and achieve the goal to become the Royal Champion. However, as players compete to score points by grabbing the treats spawned throughout the area and feeding the dragon, one player will eventually emerge victorious at the end.
Once a player is crowned the winner, at the start of the next round, all of the other players will vote to take away one of the winner’s powers. This will create a back-and-forth struggle for power as all players try their best to win the game. The first player who manages to win three rounds in the game is crowned the victor. Key features of the game include:
Local Multiplayer action for 1-4 players (or play with bots to train)
Online Multiplayer action where you can play alone in Quick Match or in a Party with up to 4 in a group!
As you earn favor online, you will also earn ranked badges to show off to your friends on your quest to earn the rank of ‘Royal Champion’
Balanced Gameplay – where winning a round means losing one of your powers, ensuring a competitive atmosphere
Spectator mode for parties available for casting/streaming!
Power Drafting – Where all players get to decide which powers are used in a match!
Five levels with ridiculous hazards!
Two different game modes to keep things fresh (DepowerBall and T.A.G.)!
Eight adorable characters to choose from!
Dress your characters up with unlockable accessories to showcase your own personality!

For its launch week, DepowerBall is offering a 10% discount on all purchases so if you are interested in playing it, you can grab it as a discount during the first week.
